Tyler Bailey
Aspiring CPA, blending business development savvy with global experience and a sharp analytical edge. After six years in Tokyo working with an award-winning executive search firm, I have returned to the United States to study accounting at the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, I will have accumulated over 150 credit hours and will be eligible to become a CPA.
About Me.
I'm someone who's always been drawn to growth. Whether it's helping to build a business, learning a new language, or taking on a new challenge. I spent several years in Tokyo managing an executive search firm, where I helped grow the team from just eight people to over thirty, opened offices in London and Sydney, and increased revenue by more than 300%. It was an incredible experience that taught me a great deal about leadership, adaptability, and what it takes to scale a business across diverse cultures.
These days, I'm back in school at the University of Central Florida studying accounting. My goal is to become CPA eligible and bring together my background in business and people management with a strong foundation in accounting. I'm excited about the idea of helping clients navigate complex problems with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
Outside of class, you'll usually find me studying Japanese, working out, reading the latest book from the Asymptote Book Club, or exploring new restaurants. I'm always up for good food, good conversation, and learning something new.
